Update

Well, a lot has happened since I last updated my blog here and I guess it is about time that I let everybody know what has been going on in the past few months. On June 27th I finally did something that has changed my life for the best. I married the most wonderful girl that makes me so happy.
Eva knows how much I love her and takes advantage of it as often as she can. She loves the free back rubs and foot massages and can never get enough. Another addition to my family is Eva's 4 year old daughter.
She is so adorable and I fell in love with her just as quick as I did with her mother. She helps me so much to learn German and hopefully one day it will be good enough to speak with all of Eva's family. Things have been going pretty well for us now and we will be adding to the family come next april. So Melissa will have a brother or sister to play with. That is close to her birthday so hopefully she will think it is a cool birthday gift.
My unit is now preparing to go to Iraq once again this December so that is terrible timing but we are hoping that I will be able to be back at least for the birth. It is very hard to time that while in Iraq but I'll do my best. Luckily this time it will only be for twelve months that I am there and not 15 like last time. But don't worry all of you about me while I am there. Since I am a computer jockey I am always in an office and never leave the base.
So as of right now I can't complain about anything. I have a wonderful family that I love so much and they are so good to me. They keep me sane throughout all of the mundane and sometimes stressful times that comes with being in the army.

Just another day.

So yesterday started out as a pretty good day.  It was a normal start for Germany.  Wet weather in the morning and chilly.  So as Eva and I are sitting together relaxing inside she gets a phone call from one of her friends who is not having the best day.  So we decide to go and see her to maybe help cheer her up and maybe give some good advice.  So Eva Melissa and I meet up with Beatrice at a restaurant a little ways away and have a good dinner.  My hawaii burger was pretty tasty and the company was great.  After dinner we went to a park that had a playground for Melissa,  turns out the other two girls might have had more fun there than Melissa.  Well, after this is where the day gets interesting.  We leave the park and I was taking Eva and Melissa back to their place.  First off I didn't know exactly where I was at and didn't know where to go so that wasn't going to well and Melissa needed to throw up while I was trying to find out where I was going so we pulled over to the side of the road.  Then I finally find the freeway and just a few minutes later Melissa needed to throw up again but we were nowhere near a place where we could pull over.  So there was a little bit of projectile vomit on the back of the front passenger seat and all down the front of poor little Melissa.  Just after that we find a place to pull over and get her cleaned up.  She must have felt a little better after that because she was really chatty and didn't complain after that.  So we are close to Eva's moms house where Eva had her car and my car just quit on me and not a lot of room to pull over.  So you could imagine that the past couple of hours just wasn't going too well.  Luckily Eva has what is like AAA in the states and it covered my car since "she" was driving.  And somebody came out to look at the car and tow it if necessary, and all it was was a fuse that had blown, which he found in about five minutes.  With all of the problems that happened in the last couple of hours I was stressed and annoyed but it was all great to just be with two great girls that I really love.  I hope that they both realize how happy that they make me and that even getting stuck on the side of the road for an hour or two isn't so bad when I'm with them.

New Life

So it has been a while since I have wrote anything new on here and a lot of things have changed for me. My life has become quite blissful lately as I have been dating the most wonderful woman I have ever met. Even better she has accepted to be my wife. I met Eva almost two years ago, but I was not very quick to pursue after her until after the loooong 15 months spent in Iraq. I felt very fortunate that she was still available when I got back as I said before she is the most wonderful woman I have ever met. She has an adorable 3 year old daughter named Melissa. I have never met anybody comparable to her and she makes me feel like I'm on top of the world when I am with her. I normally try not to sound so cheesy about things but I guess that's what love does sometimes. Everything is so exciting, I am glad to be back in Germany and can't wait to get married. I'll try to keep up to date on this for all my readers and in the mean time have a good day.
